Cancellation Policy
Out of courtesy of my schedule, I kindly ask that you give a 48 hour notice for any cancellations or reschedules.
A credit card is placed on file to hold your booking.
If notice is given within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, the card given on file will be charged 50% of the total. If notice is not given at all, that is considered a no show, and the card given on file will be charged 100% of that scheduled service.
Please be aware that if you are more than 15min late to your appointment, I may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled. Please notify me if you are running late and I will do the same, because it can happen!
